Herbal Weight loss....? Anyone know much about the holland and barrett magic pills? went in today and got offered about 7 different kinds to take... AT THE SAME TIME. the people in that shop are psycho's. bastard health specialists.
speak to lee! he started takin ephedrine (sp?) and can go to work without having to neck a few now! dont bother just eat healthy and exersise, although that method is a lot easier said than done!
the good thing with ephedrine is that it is very good at suppressing your appetite. It also raises your core body temperature and as a result, increases metabolism. Instead of stuffing your face 3 times a day, eat less per meal, and perhaps have 4 or 5 meals. Again, this is good for metabolism. Too much in one go can mean excess being shoved off to be stored as fat - somewhat counterproductive. Aswell as that, drop the fatty snacks, reduce your carbs (and have none at all after 8pm!) and do some cardio. All you need is discipline and commitment. Don't bother "necking" ephedrine (it's pointless), simply take the dose stated on your particular product. Can be as little as 1-2 capsules per day. I reccomend - http://astronutrition.com/weight-lo...edra-25_1/thermogenesis-original-formula-344/ This is a strong Ephedrine, Caffine & Aspirin stack. Remember though, there are no "magic pills" - you can take all the supplements you want, but if you don't change your ways, the only weight you will lose will be via your wallet. Post up your average daily diet with approximate times, be honest!
haway you cant ask for much more than that if yer posting threads like this smoke loads of weed, tabs and cowies and watch the pounds fly off
They work but it's better to loose weight naturally as you won't put it back on as fast, i'd only use weight cutting supplements if i was cuting weight for a fight n wanted to put it back on fast.
