here ! ive just got a £100 bill of orange for july-aug and theres no description of how its got that high, havent went over me minutes or anything ! what the hells goin on...and what kinda shit happens if you just fuck off a contract ? cheers hew.
just ignore there letters they will only cut u off maybe take u to court but u will be fine its only orange not a big company really is it
Call customer services and ask whats up - then speak to their complaints department if theres obviously a problem. You'll be able to get an itemised bill at least - although doesnt every provider give you one of those anyways?
You have to pay for itemisation with most mobile companies but you can get an itemisation for free on their website.
Re: here ! They kind of have to, otherwise they could be charging you for things you havent done. How are you supposed to know if someone has fraudulently used your number. Kick off on the phone and tell them your going to speak to the FSA and other initials that might scare them as. Try the SC (seaburn Casuals) that'l sort em
Re: Re: Re: here ! True true, im just used to hearing that. Not that it would matter cos they6l no doubt have their call centre in india.
FFS. Do ppl not have common sense anymore. Ring customer services, they will explain how your bill is so high. They will sort it if it is an admin error.. if not.. just pay it. Simple. Pointless thread tbh. £100 for a phone bill is nothing, mine is more than that nearly every month. Come back when you've had one over £300!!
Since i got my new contract it hasn't been over the £29. I get over a 1000 texts and 200-500 mins(can't remember how many exactly) free every month. The phone i got though is a sony ericsson w880i and it keeps switching itself off. Everyone I know who has this has done the same. I need to send ti back but I'll be without a phone for a week which is nee good.
The common sense bit was due to people being unable to decipher a way out of a problem with a simple answer. As for £300.. I never stated that I had a bill over £300.. that was used as an example of a problem in which majority of people would start to panic and have a problem with paying their bill.
