reet i wanna go on holiday, i have the cash in the bank to go somewhere for at lest a week

i want nice wheather and that and wanna gan b4 i go away but my problem is this

i dont wanna go on a lads holiday and get fucked every nite sumwhere like magaluff

i wanna nice laid back holiday where i can do things and have a relaxed time and obviously some drinks like

but the lads from work are going to magaluff, other mates are with there partners, dont want that sorta holiday or off to ibiza

how bad is it going on holiday alone?

Egypt. I think it's class, Sharm El Shiekh is pretty nice. Then you could go to Cairo Luxor from there.

Any European city break would be fine on your own I reckon.. not that I'd go, I'd get sick of my own company.

A lass from work has just got back from being in the Dominican Republic on her own for her 30th.. I'm trying to resist the temptation to ask if she wished herself a happy birthday.

If you want to go on your own I would just go for a weekend Jimmy, prague is worth a look as theres plenty to see sightseeing wise and nightlifes decent too

Egypt is spot on, i dare say i might end up back there in Nov with me g/f as we enjoyed it that much last year either there or the Canary Islands or Greece or summit - nowt OTT n a fortune and at the same time nothing shite.

I went in June last year, i went for mine and me g/f's bday and it was the hottest place i have been too, to be honest i thought Goa would of been roasting which it was but not as hot as Egypt - at times you had to just stand in the shade and not walk on the roasting sand

I have been to Egypt in Dec as well and its there winter yet still hot to us, the summer tho is madness for heat all day ever day.

Go to Berlin or Iceland somewhere like that for a couple of days. Would get bored if you stayed there longer by yourself.

aye id just gan somewhere within like an hour/hour and a halfs flight in europe for two or three days, go to bruges lol

i thank every1 for there suggestions but i wanna go away for a bit longer then a few days a week 2 weeks but the by myself things takes the piss

I'd have a look further afield where you are more likely to find other people travelling on their own, like south east Asia. I went to Indonesia for a month on my own and loved it - met so many people while I was travelling around that I was never actually on my own unless I wanted to be.

I went round Japan on my todd, was class. If you stay in hostels in travellers places then you won't be on your own.
