http://www.dialaphone.co.uk Has anyone used this website before, or can vouch for it's reliability? Today I ordered a new contract phone direct from 02 but I've just stumbled accross this website which offers the same phone, with less minutes for the same price but you also get a Nintendo Wii. I just phoned the helpline and was told i'd recieve the Wii within a month of ordering and i'm really tempted to contact 02 and cancel my order. I need to decided quickly cos i'm in college all day tommorow and I doubt I'll be able to cancel an order once it's been processed.
Yeah that's what i'm thinking, but I've heard mixed reports from people who've gone for these kinds of deals and said that they didn't end up getting the cashback or whatever that they were promised. I feel comfortable knowing my new phone is coming direct from 02 so I wouldn't want to change that unless I know everything is gonna be ok. The Wii's are sold out everywhere so I was suprised when the guy on the phone told me that i'd get one within a month.
cool I just wonder where people didn't recieve certain things from. This deal sounds a bit good to be true. 600mins 500txts + Nintendo Wii for £35p/m on 18months The 02 deal I have atm is 600mins 1000txts with an 'O2 long weekend" which is basically free calls each weekend as long as it's less than 2000 per month + 1GB Ipod Shuffle
its probably people bullshitting, but you do get the free stuff. Or maybe with the cashback stuff you have to send in the claim forms at the right time with copies of your bills and stuff, i got cash back and the 360 but you only had to send in the claim form for the cashback not the 360. The only terms for the 360 were you had to be with them for 28 days, then it could take a further 24 days to recieve the prize
I just hope 02 will let me cancel my order :s Any idea what good and bad things to say are? Would it be a good idea to say I'm getting a different deal on 02 from another website? Or maybe just best to make something up like it's not the correct phone as it's a present being bought for someone else?
02 will let u cancel your order, you have 14 days to return products if not happy, like i did coz i fucked my battery
you might have to pay for postage if u have recived goods, to send them back. yeh u have 14 days defo, after those 14 days your 12 / 18 month contract starts. theres no going back after those days i used my phone for a week b4 i sent it back and there was no problems, as long as its not damaged etc... you'll be fine
