They always seem to come at a crap time. Just when i've decided to start doing work on my dissertation and now I can't concentrate!!

erm im getting there, ive done about 6000 words and just starting to write my results up, so want to get that done this week, conclusion next week and spend a week sorting it all out, thats the plan anyway
