    i need a new car

    anyone got any good suggestions, i'm looking at both new and used around the region of £7000

    why do u need a NEW CAR when u have a perfectly good 1 that ran out of petrol this morning?..its only dodgy fuel gauge....:wink:

    why would i do that? i want something thats economical and environmentally friendly.....thats not a bike!

    does it not have a small boot? i only have 2 smallish dogs.

    You never said that in your question DID YOU ;)

    Anyways - the lotus elise has a 1.8 litre engine in it, and since its made of aluminium and weighs less than 1000kg its arguably more economical and less pollutive than say ........ a golf GTI ;)
