Is there any ISPs with no fair use policy?

I'm trying to find a decent ISP with a decent ammount of bandwith per month because Orange is taking the piss. Any suggestions?

How much do you download like? I'm with talktalk and I get my fair share of films etc. I used to be with Pipex, then Homecall (then funnily enough the two seemed to merge into the same company) and I've never had any warnings etc. My m8 is with Sky and he's constantly downloading films and games and he hasn't had any letters either.
