ITS OFFICIAL - Promise is the best club in the WORLD! Mornin' ! Sorry to disappoint, but I'm back ! I can confirm, truely and honestly, after travelling thousands of miles to Florida, sampling places like Daytona, Miami and Key West.... PROMISE IS THE BEST CLUB IN THE WORLD! The yanks havent got a clue when it comes to dance music - or clubs! I am SO sick of hearing rock music and Country & Western, as for the Americans, DONT GET ME STARTED! So I am truely glad to be back and cant wait to get to the Friendliest club with the best Atmosphere I've ever known....... P.S. I need a week in Ibiza to recover from all that "yee-haa" music !!! ARGH!
what??? you mean you didnt tune into 93.1fm miami dade county dance channel?? did you ever go in a club in key west where their wasnt lots of rednecks watching strippers? lol i could have warned u if you'd have asked...best not to go there wanting a clubbing holiday methinks :chill:
Yeah, well I knew it wasnt a big clubbin place, but I thought there would at least be ONE !! Besides the 1st week was to do with work. So I had no choice of where I was going. You're right, their idea of a "club" is a place called "scrubs" which offers lapdancing, personal 1 to 1 private dances, sensual massages and rub-downs, whatever they are............. needless to say I stayed WELL clear of the place !
there are some good clubs in miamia, the problem is getting to them...everything is so spread out, plus u probs run into people like oj simpson at the bog come on though, you must have fallen for key west's charm?? life isnt all about clubbing and i love that place! probably more of a place to sit on the beach reading an ernest hemingway than anything else...but for people watching its mint!! i wan to buy a house on duval street just to watch people hehe if u go back there is a good club just off lincoln road mall, south beach...at the end of collins avenue miami
if you had of done your homework b4 u went and u didnt want to be in a place with gays then u wudnt have went to key west....1 in 5 of the population is gay lol but arent they cute with their little chihuawas...(little dogs, cant spell lol) in matching t-shirts! im hoping to marry one of them one day for my us visa
