I ordered a canny few records...£75 I spent. When I got home lastnight I picked up the package and was thinking "this is a little on the thin side" opened it up and only had three tunes in  also happened to be the fucking wrong tunes.

    anyone had this problem ?

how quick did it get sorted ?

    cheers

To be fair, Royal Mail in general are going downhill fast. Its taking me days and days to post/receive anything at the mo.

Juno ? Take a while ? for some people maybe this is true but i got to give them respect where its due ... on Thursday i ordered a track On Line (JESUS LOVES THE ACID PEOPLE) at about 5pm ... it was here the following day and i didnt pay next day delivery either ... i usually always recieve my order the next day or a day after that...

Theyre usually good with sorting things out like... fast on the email replys .. well in my experience ...

I ordered with Juno on Saturday, so expected it today - no luck though.

Chemical have never let me down. Right tunes every time and always the next working day.

Tune Inn aren't too bad. I even got a Saturday delivery once, at no extra charge:cool:

its royal mail more than juno i think.

the new 1 delivery per day system is rubbish. It takes forever to get tunes now.

agreed - plus the delivery is later. AND the collection office up north shields has problems; 1) half the opening times 2) u have to wait 48hrs atleast incase "it's still out in the van" - WHAT? 2 DAYS LATER?!?! 3) staffed by cocksmiths

I work for Royal Mail and yes i am an upper class of paper boy ... the new delivery system is the dogs .. i love going in nearly the same time we used to and sometimes not finishing till 4 or 5pm .. its great and Royal Mail kick ass. I love the abuse we get from disgruntled customers it really makes my day. I like it when i get whistled on from customers too or shouted "hoi!" because i am a dog (not) ...
