watching a programme about animal testing

the pro's and cons and the people who make it there jobs 2 go on marches and protest or stand up for what they belive in

i mean what do u lot feel about this sorta issue?

i feel that basicly if the protesters just got a fucking job and stopped banging on about animals that wud make the world a better place not shouting and terrorising researchers who only try 2 make human life better

What's wrong with it? Not all animal testing makes human life better and I'm not opposed to it when it's the only option. But, in some cases, it isn't the only option. This is especially the case when they test shampoos etc on animals. There's just no need.

Unsure, sort of think that humans and animals are equal yet would choose a mate over a mouse.

    You can and they do.

Although I do support animal testing.

I support it where absolutely necessary for medical research. Not for cosmetics.

We have plenty of shampoos, make up etc without needing to test new ingredients on animals. There are enough companies that manage to introduce new products without animal testing to show that it isn't necessary for many things anyway.

surely the point is that cosmetics are unnecessary whereas drugs are vital
