    Southern COmforter - Another Late Thursday

    Quality tune - this sort of prog I can tolerate.... its old so dunno if any1 actually knows it but I likes it :D

    Think mine was Sasha-Xpander, part from that i got a bit of Max Graham.. proggy trance, and thats it really...

    i can tolerate a bit of max graham....his mix of bullet's 'cried to dream' is amazin but on the whole i reckon prog is abit cack

    im not old enough or intelligent enough for it:rolleyes:

    the prog record I bought reminds me more of electro/80's sing a long stuff than prog house.... its just a sing a long song :D

    the politics of dancing by PVD
    renaissance relevations by danny howells and nick warren

    its a good tune.
    my first prog tune was xpander as well i thin, about 4 years ago

    I would call Xpander trance myself.

    Prog anything it's all down hill from there! It is a euphamism for anything tedious, long and pompous. Prog rock, prog house, prog trance. Lets face it all are better without being prog.

    I like the Prog that Tulip plays. Also my mate Snaz plays some real good stuff:D
    I sometimes like to start my trance sets with a bit of proggy:D

    theres loads of absolutley blinding prog about now. i really didnt like the percussive stuff that was getting played everywhere in 2000/1 but since last summer theres definatley been more melody in it. digweed and sasha are playing more melodic than percussive now and and i think theyve opened the doors for all the new stuff thats about now.

    Definitely. Saw Sander K at Cream 2001 and he just plodded all night with "percussive" prog all night!

    Max Graham at Promise last June though was amazing...... was prog but melodic emotice and even uplifting!!!
