Keep Fit Me & Jess are going to keep fit 2nite...woop woop...oh my god im going 2 be dead by the first 5 minutes! This isnt the subject though...just wondering..if any of you's do excercise ( which of course u all do :tounge: ) What do you do? & when do you do it? I really need 2 do more excercise but it just seems like i never have time... Its at the YMCA aswell so i have had the village people in my head the whole day and i imagine i will do the whole bloody class aswell... The man apparently has a bulge a bit like him off dodgeball and is completely wild...im a bit emm, scared? :cow:
lol.. sounds like a laugh.. I do kickboxercise on a sunday.. thought it would be like actual kickboxin but it ain't.. I still go though cos I need to get fit! I also go to the gym on a monday and saturday and try to go to kung fu on a tuesday or friday.. I've been doin this for months and it still ain't gettin easier.. I'm also considering startin to train for the GNR next year.. :groovy:
It sounds like you do loads hun! My sis went kick boxing for a while..she said the same as you kinda thing. I fancied doin boxercise...cos like ur always running around and one of my mates said its dead funny! Is it good though ? I can imagine its gonna be quite funny 2nite... I just never have time to go to the gym, i always have loads of work 2 do!

Yeah its good.. do it for a while and u'll notice the difference.. Its more like a sort of cross training.. Do 15 mins of warmin up (harder than u think ) Then do a mixture of light weights, kicking, puching, skipping, press ups, situps and steps (!!??) for about an hour. Each set for about 5 or 10 minutes.. Then finish off with an end exercise and warm downs.. Do it if ya can.. its fun.. Sorry if thats a bit confusin, I'm tryin to write it in my 15min break @ college

I had had far 2 much 2 drink...damned social club cheap drinks... So i did get up and do the Saturday Night dance and the Macarena...oh the shame...:blush:

Yeah at the end ur totally worn out.. but you don't really feel the pain till a few days later.. Also.. if you do start goin try and not miss a session.. it bloody hurts when u go back! Its all worth it though.. Now I just gotta stop eatin so much pizza

i work at orange and my shifts are 5pm till 1 am so i have time during the day before i go to work to go to gym
sexercise is what its about! i also climb (indoor walls) & occasionally crawl up big hills/mountains! if i can find the time i'm going to start swimming as well! :think: dunno how possible that'll b tho!
