    It's wicked.

We were travelling when we went, so was pretty skint. Only had enough for one bet

Went to a good club in the Luxor. Had good DJ's on. Not sure if it is still going.

No, but I'm going there in September so let me know of any "must do's" when you get back

It's a shame this is on when you're there though ;)

Thanks, will have to walk down to the Luxor and see. Were staying in the Stratosphere at the top of the strip....the one with the playstation and rollercoaster on top of a tower on the hotel-hopefully i'll be trying that out!

Not too sure really. My lass is a travel agent so she'll have a fair few ideas about what she'd like to do. I mainly want to eat good food, get a tan and chill. We're going to L.A. the week before Vegas (staying at my g/f's dads place) so we'll be needing a relaxing break after that.

I know we've looked at doing a few things. Like going to see the Blue Man Group and a magician, like Lance Burton, David Copperfield or even Penn & Teller.

Chriss Angel is also on at our hotel and I wouldn't mind seeing him. He does some mad shit.

Yeah I would say you could walk it once or twice, but my god, just get thr DEUCE which stops very near the stratosphere, and takes you all the way down the strip. Its a double decker bus that only costs $5 per day for as much as you like.

MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE ASKING FOR MUST DO's!!

    EVERYTHING

Ok, first off I dont know if you are acutally staying at the Strat which gets you to be able to go to the top of the tower for free, if it doesnt, leave it till last it will mean so much more, as you can see things and be like "ooh we went there etc etc"

    Reet, lets get started.

    1) MGM Grand Lion Enclosure - watch lions inches away from you, or walking over your head as they sit peacefully behind the glass, I have video of a lion sucking the woman/trainers thumb from there this costs NOWT.

    2) Treasure Island Pirate Show - we didnt get to see this, but supposed to be very good, its on like twice a night or something, get a drink and get there early it gets pretty full - watch out for twats with prams though costs NOWT

    3) Mirage Volcano - watch in awe as lava appears to flow from rocks in the middle of a lake, fire roars out the top and other cool shit again think shows are twice a night costs NOWT

    4) Venetian - go inside here at night time, and have your senses confused, it appears to be daylight, outside, and by golly gosh you have been transported to Italy, home of the Gondola. Take a ride on the Gondola, and have the fake italian man sing opera stuff at you as you take a trip along the second floor of this hotel. He will also take you outside where it is dark and vegas. Weird. Cost DUNNO about $10-15??

    6) Paris Eiffel tower - so what you did was take the original drawings of the actual eiffel tower, scale it down and put it right on the strip??? Fuckin hell. OK. You wont miss this if you walk down the strip like. Cost NOWT

    7) Luxor - The glitz, the glamour, the free monorail from there to Excalibur (i think), the egyption-ness!! Cost NOWT

    8) Bellagio/Wynn casinos/shopping centres. Experience the true essence of Vagas with plush casinos surrounded by rediculous opulence. Totally fooking stunning like. Cost NOWT

    9) Tropicana Pool Party - on of a saturday i think, beer is $1, you can get in the pool with it, they have bands playing in a little rock pool (geddit, rock pool) HA, They have a bikini contest and stuff, looks mint, all the swimming and the waterfalls and the beer and the pool etc etc. Possible drug contact at the bar if you are up for it like lol Cost about £15 I think.

    10) Barbary Coast - planning to get rat arsed to recreate scenes from Fear and Loathing? This is the place to start. ALL DRINKS ARE $2. ALL of them. I stuck mostly to Tia Maria and Orange, which was good, but you can ask them to make just about anthing and they will. Cost DEPENDS HOW FUCKED YOU WANT TO GET

    11) The AMAZING Bellagio fountains - The most astonishing display of water in the universe. Fuck Alnwick gardens, Bellagio is where its at. This 'experience' was actually so good I broke down in tears, as the mixture of water and love music touched my heart as my new husband and I stood arm in arm marvelling at the spectacle.

    12) Tropicana Free Pulls - BOY I hope they still do this if we ever go back. Every day (well, depends on if they remember you or not) you get a free spin on the fruit machine. You build up tokens for lush margaritas, and free shows, we saw a Vegas showgirls show, and a crazy american loon magician who play fights with tigers twice his size-MY GOD WHAT THE FUCK

    13) New York New York - So, in another original move, designers created hotels which are reminiscent of the SkyScrapers in NY, which is a spectacle in itself, although you need to ride the coaster which makes its way round it. OMG. Now, im a sucker for a coaster any day of the week but prepare yourself for one hellishly long attack on your inner ear balance. Cost about $20 i think.

    14) Sahara casino pictures - see all the greats who have stayed there in pictures on the wall James Dean, all the rat pack, er thingy and doo dah. All people you know, but cant remember the FUCKING NAMES OF lol. Cost, NOWT

    15) Cant remember its name. Come out the doors of the strat, turn left, walk for about 3-4 mins, nice little breakfast cafe doing breakfasts, proper diner stylee. MMMM Cost WELL HOW HUNGRY ARE YOU?

    REMEMBER YOUR SUNSCREEN FOOK ME
DONT TAKE CARDS OF THE BLOKES THEY ARE FOR HOOKERS
TAKE SOME WATER/POP/GATORADE EVERYWHERE YOU WILL DIE OF THIRST
MOST CRAZY DEALS YOU SEE ARE TRUE, WHEN IT SAYS LADY MUD WRESTLING, JUG OF MARGARITA AND A STEAK DINNER FOR $20.99 IT ACTUALLY MEANS IT
SIGN UP FOR LOADS OF PLAYERS CLUB IN CASINOS, YOU OFTEN GET FREE $20 SLOT PLAY OR SOMETHING
IT MAY GET TOO MUCH, YOU MAY HAVE TO TAKE TIME OUT. SETTLE DOWN IN YOUR ROOM WITH A MOVIE, SOME WINE AND JUNK FOOD IT MAKES YOU REALLY REFRESHED. NOT FOR THOSE WHO HAVENT GOT LONG THOUGH

I think thats it, anything else, PM me. Honestly, I felt like i needed a holiday when I came back!!

:king: Enjoy yourself and always have your camera with you.

    Shit

    16) Mirage Dolphin and Tiger sanctuary - Its expensive, but if you want to see dolphins and Tigers so close up you could probably spit on them GO. I wasnt too bothered about seeing them but im so glad i did it was Class. Really good. The dolphins totally know you are there and start showing off in front of the glass. I have some mint video of that!! Edit: Cost about $40 each, but soooo worth it

Really this could go on, but I cant believe I missed this un out!

Oh yeah, I forgot we're doing a helicopter ride over the "strip". It's costs about £40 each, which I think includes champagne and food beforehand.

I'd like to do that, but we went in the Hollywood hills last June and my lasses horse almost walked over the edge. She almost started to cry. Plus the horse pissed and shit itself at the same time, which didn't help the situation

All i can say is its THE best place in the world.

1st time i went i also did the hoover damn grand canyon helicopter flight. landed at the bottom of the canyon, had champagne breakfast and flew back down the strip.

I stayed at the strat 1st time a couple of years ago. really nice place and the pool is quiet as its on the roof. theres some pretty good eateries and some good bars too. Massive shopping centre in the hotel also.

If you c a barman in the strat that looks like patrick swayze in point break, called J mint lad, tell him i'll be back in june lol.
