pgmg's are super, its as close to emo as I dare venture ;) but no big fan of them :d dunno if its up your street but have u heard Babyshambnles... its basically the libertines renamed and better :D

But back on to sexy female vocalists ;)

One of the girls out of fannypack too, oh boy! and have u heard the female vocalist on Trickys Maxinquaye album (most under-rated album ever)... she is sex all over.

Haven't heard that Tricky album or Babyshambles, will check them both out. My all-time sexy female vocalist would be Ursula Rucker, who sings on 4Hero's albums:love:

    Top Tricky tunes to download:

    Ponderosa
    Black Steel
    Suffocated Love
    Hell Is Round The Corner
    Brand New Your Retro
    Abbaon Fat Tracks

Maxinquaye has got to be one of the greatest chill out albums ever...

not keen on 4hero at all - think they're extremely overated, very self-indulged and apalling 'live'...

she did some good stuff with the roots though.. instantly recognisable voice

Along the same lines check Ani Difranco, any bush haters should listen to self evident :d superb spoken word :D

also worth a check is Sarah Jones - not quite as good as the other 2 but still holds her own :D
