bin using this now for a couple of months, i feel like my laptop has been downloading things non-stop since the start of january!

anyway...recently ive been finding that lots of the music files i try to download are corrupted. i had found a few in the past that were like that but as i say, they were few and far betweem. now i t's becoming increasingly difficult to find files that arent corrupted.

it's maily for the new stuff too, like daft punk's new album etc

    anyone else found the same?

Will be the record companies feeding fake files into the network. If you don't like it, switch to a decent p2p network or buy the cd's

Limewire's becoming like Kazaa and getting fucked by fakes and virus bombs, is best avoided

Try alternating between these three, trying to find the files on the first one first, if no joy try the second, etc...:
    1. BitTorrent (use a simple client like ABC, use torrent sites like Torrentspy.com, easy to get popular stuff)
    2. Soulseek (slow and a pain, but good for finding stuff)
    3. e-donkey (use a client called e-Mule, is very slow to start d/loading but mint for finding rare files)

    :)
