London People Bob, Eyeball, Phil Mitchell etc etc Wheres decent to eat out around Central London preferably Italians or Chinese? Just want a few ideas for when im down next month Danke
Italian Kitchen in Holburn: http://www.london-eating.co.uk/2420.htm is well nice. For chinese just go to China Town and get a buffet.
Gerrard Street, nearish Soho. If you want something a bit different to you could try Belgo, near Covent Garden. It's a belgian place and does the best mussels ever
Dont think ive had Belgian food il take your word that its a decent place and its not to far from where were staying
I dont really eat in Central London but Banana Leaf in Clapham Junction is absolute quality...its pretty near all the bars/clubs in Vauxhall which i believe you said you were going to http://www.myclapham.co.uk/clapham/restaurants-reviews-the-banana-leaf.htm
just have a mooch round shaftsbury ave. theres a few nice places round about, and chinatown's not far away. i went to a fantastic chinese resturant/buffet in russle square, which was cheap and the food for what ya paid was immense. but a cannit remember its name
Been to china town a fare few times just trying to organise the trip down as my other half hasnt been to London before so i want him to have a good time down there
The End is on West Central Street, just off New Oxford Street. It's kind of in the middle of Holborn and Tottenham Court tubes, which are both on the Central line. Janet- you can't go too wrong with any of the Giraffe restaurants, although in and around Soho there are plenty of places to eat. There's a nice Italian on Old Compton Street next to a bar called Lab.
