Re: M.i.k.e. Could 69 - Sixtynineways is out soon too!!!!!!!!!! [/B][/QUOTE] Top tune!!!, ive just managed to find my copy and its came straight to the front of me box!!!
He is right jimmy, you must admit evertone of his tunes is the same as the next it goes without saying... mike is a very nice person as i speak to him sometimes but his production is very flat neil
Alot of his tunes are similar but I wouldn't say all of them, most of the recent ones have been the same but look at some of the classics he's produced, you never know, his next tune could be another one like that. I do agree that alot of them are the same, I also like winding Broony up but I didn't get a bite that time mate! They certainly aint flat tho
I wouldnt say flat? there are so many thing going on in his productions...loads of sounds, samples and different beats. Most of them just stick to the trancy side of tech too, which i like. And the drum and kick he uses are normally really powerful, dancefloor destroying... I remember when hardwick played love angle at promise, it took the roof off!
lol... yes he has produced some belters in the past but it remains to be seen if he can pull another belter oot the bag in the future. Neil
jim i think the bloke is a legend he keeps bringing class tunes out all the time its jsut getting a bit same old stuff.
by flat my friend i mean they do not go anywhere which they dont Most of the tunes sound the same.. Now you take the likes of Mark norman, his stuff sounds the same BUT and this is a big BUT !!! the tunes he produces are in a different league to thode produced by mike !! Neil
Think his stuff has the same sort of sound but each tune does'nt sound the same, which is your fav out of the M.I.K.E. tunes, love U/nation, but strang world....... had so many good nights when that has been play'd!
You'r nearly there Neil - Dynamite I don't think i've heard a bad Mark Norman tune or remix, the bassline he uses is mint too
the tune on the other side to overkill on the jinx vinyl is fucking class cant be arsed to go downstairs to find the name off it tho lol
