Where abouts in Manchester is the City of Manchester Stadium & does anyone know any accomodation near there??

My old house I wouldn't stay near there it's not a very nice area It's about 5-10 minutes outside the city centre, not as far out as Old Trafford, you'll be best off staying in the City Centre it's only about a 5-10 minute drive

yes the area you want is called Sport City and the cheap bbut nice hotel is called Sport City Hotels, its ran by the same company that do the Campanile. Its cheap safe and secure and is surround by a security fence. Its right opp the stadium

it's for my mate & they're getting the train down to manc...they said they wanted somewhere close to the stadium cos they're going to a gig there & want to be able to role back to the hotle easily & quickly

i googled it & think i found the right hotel it's appears to be fully booked for when they're going cos of the gig

I didn't even know that place existed, then again I only ever went to one game and didn't stay in the area long enough

it's jsut on one long road but I can't rememebr any hotels being along there, I'll have a think and let you know though

you cant walk to the city centre its miles but id guess u will have to get a hotel in the city centre now
