    Channels for me........ like them more, try'd switching but channles all the way :D

    I v.rarely use the X.Fader to be honest...

    bit of both really...

    like the x fader for cutting and stuff, an when my assignmments are in i'm gonna try an teach myself a bit of scratchin! :D

    any1 know any good scratch tools for use wi hh/ht?

    use both like, all depending on what im doin.
    whatevers the most comfortable.;)

    Always use the channels unless im playing funk, soul or hip hop in which case its the x fader. :)

    lately i've been messing around with using EQ's for mixing. Turn all you're EQ's right down and bring your tune in like that, phase you're high hats and start bringing in your bass as you turn down the mid EQ on the outgoing tune. Works a treat on my 600' .

    I use the x fader only when playing techno for chopping and stuff. I prefer using only the channels when playing house.

    Xfader normally especially for longer mixes

    i use both / either depending on the mix, and the eq's, just to be awkward......:p

    Upfaders, Crossfaders, EQ's and FX Pad. :D Normally works after that:p
