    Moon landings.......hoax or real?????

did they really land on the moon or was it all just a fake to fool the russians into thinking the americans had won the space race????

All the buzz about the Moon began on February 15th when Fox television aired a program called Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon? Guests on the show argued that NASA technology in the 1960's wasn't up to the task of a real Moon landing. Instead, anxious to win the Space Race any way it could, NASA acted out the Apollo program in movie studios. Neil Armstrong's historic first steps on another world, the rollicking Moon Buggy rides, even Al Shepard's arcing golf shot over Fra Mauro-- it was all a fake!

if it was real, why have we never been back in all these years, especially with all the new technology we have compared to back then

what do you think, hoax or real????

    do you even care????

It's as gullible to take the word of these photographers as it is to take the word of the american government.

    Personally I'm just anti-conspiracy theories.

    Get your tinfoil hats on.

i used to think they went but on reassessing the situ its very possible it was all stagged, the fact that the technology was so gash and even now they arent capable of going back until 2020 is strange considering they went in 67 or somet. plus all this crap about the footprints in the sand that shouldnt have been there as the first pics were when they jsut got out, and the shit about the flag quivering as if a breeze was in the air, not to mention the shadows apparently being cash in the wrong directions. and coming from washington you can expect them to come up with somet daft like this.

I haven't researched it but why can't they go back until 2020? Surely that would be down to choice rather than possibility  In which case I'm very confused. I'm pretty certain they weren't planning the Apollo 11 mission since 1918.

Also, I'd have thought they'd invent a decent camera before having the technology to land on the moon

    edit :p

 did they bollocks fake it

what is it with americans and hoaxes?!?! it's like the 9/11 one - how many people over how many different missions would they have to bribe to keep quiet?

also - ALL the conspiracies about the photos have been de-bunked, for example, "why can't u see stars in the photos" - can u see stars in normal photos on earth? no.

google around - the answers are out there - just americans like to believe the most stupid, far fetched theory - like they staged it in a studio then played the film slowed down.

the obvious answer staring you in the face, is the correct one - not the paranoid twisting tale of conspiracy and intrigue

i thought the main reason they aint gone back was cost? plus they can achieve more in earth orbit than the complexities of going to the moon - especially with no massive funding budgets

I wanna know (if they did land on the moon), why the fook they took a brick and a feather up with them. I'm sure they could have used somthing abit better than that to show the effects of having no gravity :spangled:

You really have to look at NASA want to do on the moon this time around. NASA have been concentrating on the ISS and that and the Rover Explorer on Mars, Hubble etc etc have kept missions like this on the back burner. Keep in mind that the space shuttles are due to retire at the end of the decade and there is going to be a window of I think 4-5 years before the next line of craft are rolled out. So, with this you could argue that going back to the moon by 2020 or whenever is actually reasonable.

Keep in mind that their is no space race anymore, no cold war etc so the US have had no rush to do anything like this again until now.

Also, i'm pretty sure NASA released satelite images of some of the apollo left overs on the moon so that automatically shoots these theories down. Someone has already said it, the answers are out there, all you have to do is search for them and they will find you.

What is better than an feather and a brick in terms of the demonstation. Plus there is gravity on the moon, it just isn't no where near as strong as that on earth.

E.G - The astronaughts didn't float of into space when they did their moonwalks and I can guarentee it wasn't superglue stopping this

Yeah, they said they had no reason to go to the moon at this current time.

The skeptics of the conspiracy theories have far better evidence, in both this and the 9/11 case. Plus conspiracy theorists are always weirdos.
