Can we have a 'Weekend' Forum... i'd fed up to the back teeth with all these 'Weekend this' and 'Weekend that' bullshit theads messing up the banter forum, i mean, thats NOT what it's there for :angry:
Hopefully finishing off the last little bits and bobs in my house and starting to pack - I leave in less than a week! Got to decide whether to let or sell the house though.
letting is always a good idea, extra income - but it'll be an extra headache and something to worry about while you're down there with your new life! the market is just ticking over up here, not better or worse so i'd sell you don't want to leave the place empty for too long though...
I've just spent a lot of money doing it up, so basically am thinking of selling while it still looks this good. Was planning on selling in a year or two anyway, just worried what the place would like like after two years of tenants! Had one valuation done yesterday, which was pretty favourable, and getting another one done this afternoon, so I guess that will make my mind up. Anyone want to buy a house?

coming from you, the founding member of the "lets whinge about the lost threads" movement, that is absolutley priceless I dont really think he was being serious and was taking the mick out of some of other board members who whinge about certain posts being banned from certain forums
