my latest graphic...

This is my latest graphic on urbanisation. Its an Interactive map about urban growth around the world.
It was really tough having to explain so much information in a limit space but I think ive achieved it.
Ive been working on this the past month independently along with a flash developer.

I hate the way the BBc spends shit loads on bollocks like this. Whats wrong with reading an article on the subject? Why does everything have to be interactive??

nb I'm not knocking you or your work culks. It looks really good, and works smoothly. Just think the BBC is totally dumbing down in the last year or two.

I understand what you are saying, but to be fair, the website it getting more and more popular every day...I think its the 6th most pop website in the world now.so we must be doing something right.

There is a massive audience for information graphics and the purpose of this is to make a shit load of stats, text and other information into one simple flash graphic.( It was somthing like 20-30 pages to begin with) Im sure that many people would prefer to see something like this than to read a mountain of text or a table three miles long.

Nah you're probably right. My opinion was more based on the fact i've watched Breakfast every morning for the last few years, and it's got worse and worse, to the point where it's basically just some Hello/OK-style chat show now, with a tiny bit of news thrown in.

The beeb website is class like.
