    Nativity Play's!

    I'm going to my son's first one today!:lol: :D Did you play any major parts or anything? I never did, I was too naughty in school:lol: I did sing a duet of Silent Night one year though!:D

    Can't remember nativity plays but i was a sheep with an attitude in one play and the artful dodger in oliver twist in another :D

    only once, i think i was 7. i had to be the 'messenger' who reads out that everyone has to go back to bethlehem for the census. or whatever it was. a 10 second speaking role.

    i fucked it up royally - i was to come in after a hym but started too early as the singers started another verse. bastards. i went bright red and lee hattersley's mum cracked up laughing at me as i was stood on a podium at the front with a 'scroll'

    i've never recovered to this day.

    I was pretty naughty at school too and was totally surprised when I was asked to be a wise man in our nativity play! Think I had the gift of Myrh (or however you spell it) and had a tea towel on my head as part of the costume :lol:

    i cant remember this but ive been informed that in one nativity play i played a triangle! what that has to do with a nativity or christmas i have absolutely no idea.....i think my teacher was demented. :wtf:

    cant imagine i had to do much though so probs was right up my street. :rolleyes:

    It wasn't a proper nativity thing, they just sang a few words for it bless them. I don't think he sang any of it, he certainly rang the bells when singing Jingle Bells though!:lol:

    i was in the sound of music playing a nazi guard , purley cos i walked with a gosse step like !
    genie in alladin and also the king in the lambton worm .
    played the donkey in the birth of christ play ... for reasons that shal not be mentiond
