need help!

need help!

i no its the rong place but i need to no straight away!
just noticed the bass control on my mixer (only one channel) crackles when i move it. is this something i can fix with a good clean, or is it a wire? it hasnt been moved for months so i doubt it a wire. any help would be great, cheers!

Clean it with some lemon juice.

and allways cover your decks/mixer with a dust proof cover

errrm, how the fuk do i get in to clean it? got the cover off, but i dont fancy delving into the inside!

Just squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over it and let it sink in

Try some vinegar.

i can see me buying an array of items from the shop i dont even need lol!

You can buy crossfader cleaner but I'm not sure about that, I always just use vinegar and it always sorts it out

its only on the left side, just put some vinegar in but i dont no if its guna sink in!

Try pushing it in with a scrunched up bit of newspaper.
