    Bio for Chris

"I'm from Sunderland originally, made my way through here in 1998 like many others due to the stagnant scene over there. Cut my clubbing teeth at the Arena in Middlesbrough in 95 to the likes of Roger S, Slam, Oakenfold (when he was decent), Tongy, X Press 2 , all of whom had their moments. Wasn't till I got to Shindig for the first time in 96 where I truly fell in love with that type of sound. Bought some decks in 1996 and started my collection. I've played in most bars in town including, Jaks (old shindig warm up where Tokyo now is), Revolution, North and presently Coco V. I played at the early Disco Noir's too, the Jeff Mills night being the highlight (upstairs room). Modern day influences coming from the likes of Craig Richards, James Holroyd, Michael Mayer and anyone pushing that techy, trippy forward thinking sound."

The darker prog is quality, much better than the gabriel & dresden and all their croneys sound.
