    New trainers

Hi I'm after a pair of either nike air 360s or shoxx for running and have already tried the likes of ebay and kelkoo and they are all second hand, anyone know any decent sites?

    Re: New trainers

none of those are running shoes mate, theyre leisurewear for charvers
you need to go to a specialist running shoe shop, such as the one in eldon gardens, or the one thru underneath tiger tiger (northern runner??) where they will analyse whether you are an overpronator, underpronator, or neutral footed, and advise to what degree of hardness you need your trainers and advise you on a pair.
DO NOT go to jd sports, allsports, tk maxx, etc, these shops DO NOT sell running shoes!!! your feet will never forgive you

 asics, brooks, saucony, mitzuno. basically trainers that look pretty shite to be honest, and not suitable for leisurewear

if ur getting a bad knee, the odds are your wearing some mainstream pissy trainers like Nikey Air Max or something.
