dead easy, it's just by northumbria Uni. Opposite the civic centre, next door to the city baths. Just park on northumberland road near the uni or there's the NCP car park near by on the corner - behind BHS/Primark/Next on northumberland street.
its on the same street as northumbria uni and its well posted anyway. there is a big uni car park not far from it (not sure 100% if it will be open on an evening tho) went to see jimmy carr there last year, he was mint mate, really really funny, the crwod heckle loads tho which is a bit embarrassing really, but he shoots them down within seconds, hes class
u know where Pacific bar is? off the top of northumberland street? well, there's a big multi storey carpark the (john dobson st NCP) - park there. as u come out of the main exit (where the pay booth is) of the NCP, right next to pizza hut, look diagonally over the road - the big old fashioned building - thats it' - city Pool on the left, City hall on the right.
I've never seen it in my life and I think I'm round there all the time. Is it near the Haymarket? You know where that is don't you basic instinct?
