come out of foundation, cross the round, then head down the street, heading left. its basically the building next to the wasteland had an exam there in january
On the subject of where is? Where is the driving test theory centre near Foundation? Is it right beside it?
Re: On the subject of where is? It's basically behind Foundation. Go down the side street next to Foundation (on the side with the fire doors) and turn right into the car park. The entrance is at the far end of the car park (as far as I can remember).
