I watched this on DVD last night, was very powerful film about Christ very gruesome too. even if you dont belive in God its a good watch just to see what type of things people went through then and how brutal they could be back then !!

Our lass was crying her eyes out !

I think the worst part is when they a are "Severely Punishing him" Beating him with canes and a cat o nine tails with steel ends you see it all made me turn away at points.

and when they knee cap the other two blokes next to Jesus on there crosses so they will die

Been looking forward to seein this for ages

First time in ages that I've actually wanted to go and see a film at the cinema

aye got english subtitles apparently. personally not religious one iota (can't put blind faith in a book written 2000 years ago) but really wanna see this.

it's meant to be fairly horrific - but u dunno whether thats the weak stomached americans.
