Nah its good for you, its 95% peanuts, then the rest is a bit sugar, salt and whatnot. Read recommendations for it in Mens Health magazine.

not for breakfast its not

I hate the stuff but put myself through eating it as it helps to break up saturated fats. I believe kidney beans do the same thing.
