    What are yours? I've got so many but I'll only list a few!

    People who say "Oooh! I felt that!" when someone else gets hurt. :bang: :bang: out of 5


    Indecisivness!
    Person 1 "What do you want to do tonight?"
    Person 2 "Dunno, what do you want to do?"
    Person 1 "Well it's up to you"
    Person 2 "No, you choose, I'm not bothered"
    Person 1 "Do you fancy the cinema?"
    Person 2 "No, I don't want to go there! What else do you want to do?"
    Person 1 "Well do you have any ideas?"
    Person 2 "No, you choose!"

    This one I hate the most! Appraisals at work!

    For some reason managers see appraisals as a time to reflect on the 2 minutes out of 3 months work where you were late back from a break or made the most minor mistake ever! And it's no thanks to the fact you do an absolute cracking job!

    I also add managers to my list who don't know the meaning of motivation.
