    Playin time in media player(s)

I've got a couple of mpgs which are like over 20 mins long, but when i play them in either media player or any other player the timer goes too fast... so it might be 2 mins into the film but the timer has reached the end of the scroll bar, it then stops and tries to update it...

It only happens with certain mpgs though..others play fine

    Any ideas?

could be the files are stuffed. Maybe even try re-installing the codec pack. if it's happening in more than 1 player - it's either the files of the codecs. Burn them as data on a CDR then test them on a mates PC
