He's lying. Cos if what he said was true then he's just contradicted himself meaning that he doesn't lie all the time cos he's just told the truth. I think.
How can he be lying. because if he was then he would tell you he was telling the truth. But how can he be telling the truth because then he would tell you he was telling truth. Its a paradox
