So I went and got my hair cut and my hi-lites put back in last night. Now the lass who does my hair is also my ex-girlfriend, who just happens to have become one of my best friends after we broke up. And I took her out for a meal after as I haven't seen her for a while.

Now at this meal our conversation got to the normal who dumped who bit. And then we got to discussing why we broke up. But thats not the point.

What is the point is she told me I am the perfect person for her. She said I was caring, considerate, funny, charming and she even gave me an eight out of ten for looks. But she doesn't find me sexually attractive anymore. She said she loves me more than she has ever loved anybody but she doesn't think she can ever be 'in love' with me.

Now us not being together is fine as we have both moved on. But what I don't get is that if i'm as nice as she says why is it so hard to find someone to be with? I've got no problems getting laid but thats just getting tedious now and I prefer being in a steady relationship.

So anyway the point of my post is............... well there is no point but the person who i'd normally talk to about this is in France this weekend so i'm telling you lot.

I've had a few and the missus whoever it was at the time would just get obsessive which I hate that, they also wouldn't stop ringing/txt'n me when I'm out with the lads.

Luckily i've had non like that. Then again we don't really do lads nights out. We just go out as a group of friends including the lasses and they've always come along.

We did do a lads night out last month and everyone fucked off random women and left me and Col to carry the flag. Wouldn't of minded if they'd actually got laid but they didn't. Was a poor showing.

if you go out looking for it you'll never find it as your whole approach/body language changes so you won't be the real 'you' so even if you do attract people its never gonna be great!

Thats sounds exactly the same as me and my ex lass, word for word. Apart from I wouldnt get highlights in my hair or have a friend in France. Ive been happy being single since her but ready for summit new now. Dont worry about it mate.

I'd given up on blokes until I met Hogg. Couldn't be arsed with trying to find a decent one. I stopped trying and all of a sudden Hogg came along.
