Billabongs in Jesmond have a massive advert saying there showing all the games on the grass on the Caledonian next. Bit pricey though for bevvy. Where's a good place for the footie in town Spence?

After the farce of trying to watch the 'Newcastle V Arsenal' game in toon, I am staying in the local. But I have always found The Lodge,Bambraa's(Bigg Mkt), Pacific good to watch a match. If you get to The Lodge early & get a table you will a little plasma screen TV at the bottom of your table. I have never been to watch match there but I reckon it would be cracking @ Osbournes in Jesmond.
The Scotland game kicks off at 4 o'clock, 2 hrs before the England match so I'll try and get a table at the Lodge. Is that the one on Mosley St with the big orange sign?
