quitting smoking

i only smoke socially........

mostly just weekends, but that small amount of time spent smokign feels like its killing me more than it did when i was a full time smoker!

i just did 10 mins of excersise but i feel like i've run a marathon...i had the will power to stop smoking permanently but i'm not sure i can go through nights out and binges over the weekend without having a tab!!!



can anyone suggest anything to help?

social smoking has always puzzled me, i mean smoking is manky and people only do it cause there addicted, so why bother if your not addicted.

i hate it, granted i probs only have about 10 all weekend but thats 10 too many!!!

it makes me feel sick when i think of them but as soon as i am out all that changes!

As i said earlier, i used to be a full time smoker and had been since i was 13years old.......since i quit full time smoking everytime a friday comes around it's like all that addiction has just come flooding back. so for me the social smoking thing is pure addiction, i think mon-fri i can keep myself busy but as soon as i relax, i just need it all over again!

or glue my eyelids together so i cant see that gay picture of you and it wouldnt drive me to smoking

you have to admit it is bad though, u r bald with a hairy chest!!! cover it all up man, it's not nice........and that signature thing with ur name in it, r u vain or something?

heres a tip to help you stop:


smokers smell...really bad, kissing smokers is rank, all your clothes smell like they've been sitting in a charity shop for months and the worst part is you as a smoker can't tell this till you rid yourself of the foul little stick of stink!!

smokers are oblivious to their little tobacco friend on a night out and are a pain in the arse as holdong it away from you=burns others

plus its soooooo BAD for you please stop, its not a good thing!

smoking mings and is expensive. it's a ridiculous thing to do.

I'm not a regular smoker and i hate the way people stink at work when they come in, but as i say the only time i smoke is in a room full of smokers!!! or when i'm out when i'm not bothered how i smell (rather smell of smoke than sweat tbf)

i am considerate in a crowded room, i am always thinking sbout if i am a danger to others, if its too crowded i'll not bother lighting up cos its too much effort


I'M NOT BEING FUNNY BUT I HAVE SMOKED FOR 12 YEARS AND I AM ALREADY AWARE OF EVERYTHING EVERYONE HAS POINTED OUT, TBH THERES NOT A LOT ANYONE CAN PREACH TO ME ABOUT SMOKING THAT I DONT ALREADY KNOW.....but those who dont smoke themselves cant appreciate how difficult it is so their words are disregarded as they havent got a clue what they are talking about as have never been there
