I was out last night and had a missed call off my parents and a text asking to call them as soon as possible. Obviously I got a bit worried thinking something had happened to one of them so I phoned them outside. My dad sounded really worried when he picked up asking how i wa sif I was OK and who I was with. It turned out that they'd had a phone call at home from some guy who at first started talking about a 3 legged dog called Lucky and how he'd lost him etc, so dad thinking it was a wind up was going along with it. But then it got more wierd and he starte dsyaing stuff about me, like you've got a lovely daughter, you should take more care of her and watch what she's doing make sure she's safe. This obviously got my dad a little bit worried but again thought well it could be a wind up but then dad heard my voice as if I was either there or was some sort of recording of my voice and then this guy went on to say where my mam and dad lived and stuff and hung up.

I know it probably was some sort of wind up but the guy didn't withold his number and we've tried ringing it back but it's constantly switched off, and it has really freaked my dad out, mam said he was crying and stuff last night and he came over to town to pick me up even though I had my car cos he was so worried.

But if it was some kind of joke what kind of freak would do this and scare people llike that/???

I'd call the police.... that's well freaky

When he couldnt get in contact with me he was just about to but then I phoned them back so he knew I was OK. It's really freaked me out though

the number was 07717221407 ive tried ringing it last night and this morning butits just the vodaphone answer service.

kenzil - dad said he couldnt be certain it was my voice he said initially he thought it was someone with my phone and expected me to butt in so he may have just thought it was my voice but he was adament that it was if that makes sense!!

We will see how clever he is when he gets the police at the door.

I recommend you're extra vigilant when you're on your own, maybe invest in some pepper spray? It might sound far fetched but i know what cs is like from my Army days
