yep thats the one i mean on gatecrasher national anthems (which is pants compared to most the early crasher cds)
Its all about the Matt Darey Remix Ornadel ended his set @ Passion when we all went wi it Quality tune, tad cheesy at times tho
No mate, original WAS by Westbam in `95 - just the best mix on original release was Red Jerry`s, agreed Matt Darey`s `98 mix was the one though - one of the few remix`s that`s actually better than the original! When Sir Guy dropped it @ PaSSion the other week - Even better - for those of us in the know - know it`s what JFK would`ve wanted !..........
Dunno who told you that mate - BUT - believe me - that`s pure shite - JFK may have requested he did`nt play it, coz he was under orders to definitely nail it as his last tune - i know, coz I requested it, he did`nt play any shite mix of it either - the Red Jerry mix, not my favourite, but it it did the job on the night !..................
Nah mate, you`ve got me all wrong, i`m just a regular PaSSion punter & he`d asked Chunko`s (one of the T.C`s promoters) what type of set they wanted & he made a request for a PaSSion style ClaSSics set, including a request from me for Wizards as the last track, did`nt realise Stew was gonna play that mix - It IS the better mix, i agree, would`ve stolen JFK`s thunder with that one for certain, cant believe he plays the Red Jerry mix ahead of the Matt Darey one - It aint no H.H version either - Red Jerry would probably knock you out, if you told him that !........
