    Restaurants in town

Yes I know this thread has been done to death but I can't be bothered to search... me and Katie are going for food tonight in town and I want us to go somewhere which isnt terribly expensive but does really nice food...I hate chain restaurants such as frankie and bennies with a passion so nowhere like that please :)

It doesnt really matter if its italian or whatever... :) xx

Quayside : next to the river
Leazes - right next to St James Park
    Stowell Street - Chinatown

Japanese is sushi , rice , seafood , chicken , some of it is not for the fussy eater......If i remember rightly , it was about £40-50 for EIGHT courses for 2 people and a couple of drinks

For overall performance it is by far my favourite eatery in Newcastle
