saint etienne anyone know if they are still knocking around or did they split up for good without sarah cracknell? made some of the best credible pop of the 90's imo... only love can break your heart

yeah theres a definate trend from 1990 to when they split up the first time... wasnt one of them havin a bit of cracknell on the side or something? was a bizzare situation whatever happened... @vin.. would say download tracks off the original singles album released just before the first break up.. (too late to say goodbye) too young to die... these i think are worthy of downloading... 'people get real' 'join our club' 'nothing can stop us' 'your in a bad way' 'only love can break your heart' or the 'fox base alpha' album, once said to be the best english feeling album to come out of london.. hopefully the new one will be a return to form cos the sound of water was woeful.. the only thing that saved it was julian opie's artwork on the sleeve
