si quick - a true rebel

Simon has been an obsesser of music in all forms since an early age (his first single was Bart Simpson - Do The Bartman) but it was the introduction of his sisters illegal rave tapes that first shaped his passion for dance music. Then when he started secondary school, he discovered that his school janitor was selling rave tapes at dinnertime and its safe to say the £1 dinner money his mum gave him wasn't spent in the canteen.

While many kids were emulating their guitar heroes by giving numerous hours attention to their air guitar, Simon became more fascinated with dance music and the noises that he was hearing from the tapes inspired him to develop his air scratching technique.
