    Slipmats - Whats yours?

Hmm... bit of a random geeky crappy thread, and not for you 'digital' DJs, but what slipmats u got?

    i've got the classic :

but i'm bored of them and want something different, still classy but ... i dunno... something a bit different. I think i'll stick with technics, just get a different design..

tell us your interesting slipmat stories - who's used them, are they from the hacienda originally, who's skinned up on them!

    or not!

    Hey Simon ;)

to be honest, im not sure about sicmats, ive read that they're a bit too thick and bulky - more on the gimmik side i reckon, especially with some of the designs on them

if your looking for something with more on them, try out http://www.slikmats.com they've recently been compared with QBerts butter rugs, and they've won over DJ Gizmo from www.skratchworx.com

custom designs aswell, and a minimum order of just 1 pair, unlike sicmats with a minimum order of 250!

£20 but well worth it if you want ur name or logo / design on some high quality mats :)

when they release the version 2 mats i'll be getting some, so i'll give my full opinion when that happens ;) :)
