speakers im after some decent 5.1 speakers to link to the sky box and my htpc, i dont need a dvd drive as the pc does that so im just after 5 speakers and a sub which you can link to either device without a player. im looking for decent quality aswell cos the ones im using the mo are shithouse anyone got any recommendations
Might not be suitable for your needs Lee but I have a Yamaha Sound Projector. It's basically one very advanced speaker (well, about 40 small speakers in one box) that recreates 5.1 sound using digital sound delays. http://www.yamaha.com/yec/ysp1/idx_concept.htm You are looking at about £500 but you don't need an amp as it's built in.

Ive got this HERE , sound qualitys mint, thx certified etc, nice n basey, thing is tho the speakers are a bugger to wall mount as the brackets there attached to only swivel one way to let ya screw em in !!! U can attach 2 digital devices and 3 normal audio or 2 digital and a 5.1 direct from ya pc !!!
