started my diet today.......

    started my diet today.......

    see how long this one lasts for eh :lol:

    no special faddy diet, just general dont eat shit type of one, and maybe a bit more exercise!! :lol:

    should be that hard though as im skint so wont be eating many takeaways as such :)

    Im trying to do the same for my holidays :( I didnt used to eat a lot of crisps and chocolate before, but now I crave for it all the time. My mind plays tricks on me :(

    Chips are my downfall tho :drool: Im trying to keep to one portion a week. Also trying not to eat late, so my body has time to digest before sleep :D

    i used to eat a stupid times like 4am after work and i got massive!!

    not eating after 6pm is a good way to start, i lost a lot by doing that.

    although its hard when going for meals ect.

    Im in my second month of my current health plan !!

    1st month was cutting out drinking dureing the week and not having pub lunches in my dinner break , done that no bother !

    Last week i rejoined the gym , so going monday - thursday straight from work and try n get there once over a weekend if possible !!

    So still not drinking dureing the week , going to the gym , and not eating any rubbish / sweets / takaeaways !!

    Will treat myself to one takeaway a month tho every payday !!

    Thats really good well done!

    Im trying to drink loads of water and I basically live off fizzy drinks... trying to drink less alcohol and stay away from full fat cheese (my downfall)

    I have take aways seriously about 3-4 times a week so going to try and knock that on the head too which will save me money...going to try and do my workout vid twice a week too :wiggle:

    Doing it for 2 reasons really , im sooooo unfit so needed to sort that out and trying to loose weight in time for next summer !!

    If i do go to the pub with the lads dureing the week i have a lime n soda water , bit :camp: i know but its gotta be done really !!

    i drink loads of water tbh as im allergic to orange colouring which is in most juicey drinks!

    just i think the best thing to do is have smaller portions, eat off a smaller plate you mind plays tricks on you thinking youve ate more, and have a pint of water before your meal...

    although ive had a good diner...ive had an ice lolly :)

    :lol:


    also if you crave something have it as not having it will make you binge more.

    ive been walking EVERYWHERE as of recent....just about to go on one now :) its free and easy exercise. so is sex........... :blush: not much of that ATM though :( :( :(

    Im too scared of going to the gym .... Id feel so silly :( If I had a gym partner Id be ok, but I havent :lol:
