    What was the crack with Shindig stopping everyone including the SHINDIG MEMBERS (and promise message board users!!!) coming in at 12.30?

    im not sure how it works, maybe by then they've already counted the ammount of people in and cashed up, or maybe they expect too many piss heads from other bars coming at that time?

    Yeah but the bloke told me that soulwax were full and I wouldn't be able to see them, when I wasn't at all bothered as I wanted to go and see steve porter upstairs anyway

    I should have been ushered in through the back door really.

    Never knew it was ticket only though. :oops:

    1. I do not like charvers and do not give them free goods (unless they buy them at a pound each)
    2. I do not like them being in clubs I go to as I feel they do not deserve entry and I don't like them.

    This charver came up to rossy last night outside the cosmic and asked to lend a tab off him, Rossy says no.

    So the bloke offers to buy one off him for a quid, money and cigarette changes hands.... Then his mate asked to buy one as well. This charver thought he was a funny cunt though and went "oh aye, it's two for one on tabs tonight" and took nass's cigarette out of his hand as he was about to put it to his mouth.

    He wandered off then came back with his meathead mates and said to rossy "I want my money back", Rossy goes "aye just a minute", wanders off to see the doorman and tells them that this charv is threatening to break his face when he gets inside :lol:

    Unaware of this, this fuckwit and his mates get in the queue, and I could hear the exchange between them and the bouncer:

    chav: "whats this place called?"

    doorman: "the cosmic ballroom"

    chav: "sounds mint"

    doorman: "aye but you're not getting in" :lol:

    the club was at capacity mate..

    coulndnt have squeezed another sardine in if we'd tried.

    yes there was a hell of alot of people turned away and people who were in Q for ages, but the poeple who had tickets obviously had to be let in first.
