i have had a quite constructive sunday so far... got up at half2 then i have put a basketball ring up on the side of my house... i am slowy building my courage up enuf to have something to eat. nearly there

The food looks shite.

Got up at 10am, had some honey nut loops for breakfast with strawberry, banana and guava smoothie. Me and rachel then went to Nandos for lunch because we'd never been. Bought loads of sweets and then went for 2 games of bowling, and after that we went to the pictures to see the fantastic four:rise of the silver surfer.

One of me better sundays tbh.

or aye! I forgot to tell you I had a packet of beef monster munch at around 12.30pm.

lmfao, i went for a dodge down the sea front with mick followed by some scran in the craaaa's, then back here for a few rounds on the wii, just got a crate in, cant be arsed for much today after the session last night.

does sound a bit ghey like, nah his dad had the boat out so we went down for a look about, mick used his pubes and fishing line and caught some coleys off the north pier hew!
