    ITS MY BDAY IN FEB AND IM AFTER A NEW TATTOO BUT WANT TO DESISN IT MYSELF BUT ALL THE PAINT AND SHITE PROGRAMS IVE GOT ARE BOLLOCKS CAN ANY1 RECAMEND A DECENT DRAWING PROGRAM IT WILL BE MUCH APPRICIATED CHEERS:chill: :) :)

    i know what i want ive got some pictures just need to change them and put them where i would like it got a an appointment with chris wright from jarrow in a few weeks but need something on paper to show him what i mean:D

    thats what i was thinking :p theres not really much a computer can help you with if you cant draw on paper. All it can do is add special effects, change colours, delete bits..
