I reckon mixed grills are rank, they always serve manky cuts of meat like rump and sirlion steak, and they haven't a clue how to cook stuff so its all ready at the same time, so you get some meat thats cooked nice some thats under cooked and some thats over cooked.

    What an awful generalisation

what do you mean "manky cuts of meat like rump and sirloin" ??

Rump & Sirloin steaks are lush!

AND they just stagger the cooking of the meat so that its ready at the same time

rump and sirlion are rank cuts of beef, you cheapskate. and they don't stagger the cooking at all its always the same with mixed grills. I've never had a mixed grill where all the meat has been cooked to perfection and the meat is good quality.

I mean what can you expect when you spend £7, for loads of meat, the only way to make it cost effective is to use shit meat.

Sorry like but you are talking absolute utter bollocks. The type of beef is very important aswell as the cut. An Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak is not at all cheap and its gorgeous...and then on top of that, the chef cooking it is very important aswell!

You call me a 'cheapskate' for liking rump/sirloin YET the irony of the matter is that you say you have never had a good mixed grill and you only pay 7 pound for it, so you are obviously eating in shitty, CHEAPSKATE places

Therein lies the problem of your "shite" mixed grills, and probably why you say rump/sirloin steaks are "rank" when they clearly arn't

    :p
