    i watched this. basically the program name is misleading. his arms didnt explode. rather he got an infection in one bycep, and he drained two jam jars of blood himself with a syringe. then went to hospital where they cut the infection out with a scalpel. i seen a clip on the net about a month ago. il see if i can russle it up

    His arms were full of oil that he injected in there to make them look artifically bigger .... it wasnt from drugs that he had those problems.

    Thats why they look completely out of shape.
