The new Q-bert scratch tastic Vestax deck! Have a look at this, it would appear it has a mixer built into the deck http://www.vestaxstore.com/vestaxQFO.htm
I'll be at NAMM so I'll get to either watch or test drive it... more examples of vestax pioneering the turntable while technic are left with antique technology
that thing is gastly. why would you want a deck with an inbuilt mixer? surely this means that if you buy 2 you have 2 mixers?a tad expensive surely...
vestax decks are good for scratch djs like but it ends there! but their mixers on the other hand! could this be the only thing better and more sexy than the pcv275? http://www.vestaxstore.com/vestaxPMC55.htm
the pmc 55???it's my drream mixer like, but at a grand is out of my league!i'm aiming for the xzone62, not as expensive but amazing all the same!
so much!they bringing out a newer version of the xzome62 but rumour has it, it will be about £1000 so think i'm aiming for the 62 when i get a job next year but no higher! for cheaper models though, the pcv275 is the best of the best!
certainly couldn't!! what mixer you got now?unless it has been banged around by the previous owner sounds like a pretty impressive bargain you got there mate!
They are bringing out a mixer which has been developed by Allen & Heath and Richie Hawtin http://www.m-nus.com/index2a.html
Its hardly been used at all Dave m8 I have a Korg Kaoss mixer at the moment, its a 2 Channel Vestax mixer with a Kaoss Pad built into it.
good bargain then!! good move going for a mixer built on sound mixing ability rather than effects too!which is why vestax and a&h kick pioneers arse in this department imo!
Pioneers are quite nice to use but a bit 'fiddly' at times, I used an Allen and Heath for the first time at the DJ comp and it was nice to use, Vestax mixers are the bollox, very robust
that Allen and Heath one had my head batterd it was a bit daunting when i 1st looked at it that vestax deck looks a bit to crazy as well, maybe im just scared of change
